Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam has invited bid for Dredging Pumps. The scope of work includes design, procurement, fabrication, shop assembly, painting, testing, transportation, supply, transit insurance, storage & preservation, erection, testing & commissioning of following equipment at site, spares complete in all respect for Nathpa Jhakri Hydro-Power Station:
1. Five sets of portable submersible dredging pumps with agitator provision of pressurized water jetting system each of 120LPS capacity suitable for total static head of 65 mtr. (minimum) complete in all respects including supporting frames for pumps, motors etc. suitable for lifting water from an under ground sump/reservoir and surface discharge etc.
2. Five sets of 250 mm (minimum) dia. MS flanged delivery pipes (length 80m approx.) and flexible hose pipes (length 20m approx.) for satisfactory operation of 120 Lps pump sets as per the lay out given in the specification drawings. The length of pipe pieces shall not exceed 3m.
3. Four sets (one set for each bay) of LT panel for outdoor duty type and cable
(power & control) suitable for operation of pumps.
4. Five sets of motorized automatic winding and rewinding cable reeling drum.
5. Five sets of motorized automatic winding and rewinding hose reeling drum for water jetting system.
6. Five sets of movable trolley with wheels having a provision of space for pump, cable and hose reeling drums.
7. Four sets of moveable electric hoist of minimum 10T capacity including structure complete in all respects. This Electric Hoist shall be used for lowering /lifting and handling of pump sets and their associated equipment at intake gate shaft.
8. Mandatory spares for pumps and their associated equipment as per list.
